Professional Recognition Awards

Requirements and Procedures for Nomination

The purpose of these awards is to recognize counselors for outstanding service achievements.  TSCA welcomes nominations from individual TSCA members as well as from TCA Chapter Boards who have similarly honored a chapter school counselor.  State TSCA winners can be submitted to National ASCA awards committee (if an ASCA member).

Selections will be made by the Awards committee.  The committee evaluates all materials submitted and may select no more than one recipient for each category.  The committee is not required to grant an award if there are no eligible and qualified nominees.
